Independent tow operators. To complete your job, we share the name, phone number, pickup and drop-off location, and vehicle details necessary for the assigned operator to reach you.
Motor clubs, insurers, and fleet accounts. Where your service is arranged or paid for through a third-party program, we share the information necessary to complete and bill the job.
Property owners and law enforcement. For non-consensual tows, impounds, and vehicle releases, as required by law.
Legal compliance. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
